We offer and arrange shipping for all UK and international orders. If you require a shipping quote before purchasing, please contact us. Customs duties and any additional fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are shipped via DHL, which includes standard liability coverage. If full-value insurance is required, we can arrange this for an additional cost. Once an item has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by the courier, but we will assist in filing a claim with DHL if necessary.
If you choose to arrange your own shipping, responsibility transfers to you once the item is collected. We are not liable for loss or damage once the item leaves our possession.
If you are unable to take delivery immediately, short-term storage is available. After 14 days, storage fees apply per item: small items at £20 per week, medium items at £50 per week, and large items at £75 per week.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, notify us at [Insert Email] within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Certain items are non-returnable, such as beauty products. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy, and they may be sent back at your expense.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. If a return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than damage or fault, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
To return an item, request a Return Authorisation (RA) number by emailing hello@artehouse.co.uk with your order number, item details, and reason for return. You will receive an RA number and return instructions. Items should be shipped in their original packaging or a secure alternative. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
