A birch side table designed by Alvar Aalto for Finmar, with a rectangular top featuring black-painted edges and L-shaped legs. The original Finmar label is present on the underside.
Produced circa 1950, the table reflects Aalto’s early exploration of bentwood construction and simplified forms. Functional in design and modest in scale, it is suitable for use as a lamp or bedside table.
Recently refinished and professionally treated for woodworm. Some historic holes and surface wear remain visible. Please refer to images for condition.
