Footed Stoneware Bowl by John Maltby

A footed stoneware bowl with glazed and enamel-painted decoration. John Maltby (1936–2020) was a British ceramicist whose work moved from functional studio pottery toward more sculptural forms. He trained at Leicester College of Art and later worked as an assistant to David Leach before establishing his own studio in Devon.
