Charlotte Salt works from her home studio in North Yorkshire and as part of the AHH Studio Collective. Using traditional hand-building techniques including slab construction, coiling and pinching, she creates sculptural forms that retain the visible marks of making. Her work draws on mythological and narrative references, combining sculptural form with painterly surface treatments and textured finishes.
